How do I know my sign will last/be reliable?

At Square Signs, we believe that when you purchase something with us, you should expect it to last.

That’s why we are proud to use materials that are made to withstand harsh weather conditions.

First of all, our CMYK-based machines (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key) apply UV-resistant ink to ensure that your graphics remain intact with minimal sun damage.

Below, you can read about how our rigid signs have a long shelf life.

Acrylic Signs: Fade, abrasion, and shatter resistant. If fractured, it splits into dull-edged pieces instead of shards.

Aluminum Signs: Rust-proof and durable in outdoor and indoor settings and last from 10 to 15 years.

Dibond Signs: Lighter than aluminum. Rust and bend resistant. They typically last five years outdoors and ten years indoors.

Foam Signs: We do not recommend placing foam signs outdoors, but if they stay inside, they can last for decades.

PVC Signs: Made entirely out of plastic and can be used indoors or out. They are waterproof, rigid, but bendable. PVC signs are lightweight and because they are not entirely flexible they will break if you force them to fold.

Styrene Signs: More flexible than PVC signs, budget friendly, and comes in different thickness options. The default setting comes in white.

Corrugated Plastic Signs: Meant for more promotional events (think real estate yard signs or informative signs for specific events). Regardless of their use, the signs are designed to withstand snow, hail, rain, and even freezing weather conditions. They last for about three years with proper care.

Sign-cleaning for all of our products is easy but essential to ensure that your sign will last as long as possible.
