# What if I am not satisfied? Can I return the item for a refund?

At Square Signs, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and we will do everything possible to make sure you are happy.

Our team will work with you to find a solution regarding your issue. Unfortunately, because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns.
